Cant Buy Apex Coins

Since the funds are still in your Steam Wallet, it sounds like the purchase isn't actually completing through Steam rather than the coins failing to appear in Apex.

A couple things that may be worth checking if you haven't already:

• Fully sign out of Steam (log out directly, don't just close it), then close it completely (including anything that may be showing up in Task Manager), sign back in, then try the purchase again.
• This is probably fine since you had the first purchase go through, but double-check the Steam Overlay is enabled under Steam > Settings > In-Game and for Steam > Library > Apex Legends > Properties.
• If the purchase still fails and your Steam Wallet balance isn't being charged, check Steam > Help > Steam Support > Purchases. If you see failed purchase attempts there, I'd recommend contacting Steam Support since the transaction isn't completing on the Steam side.
