Can't change native resolution
As the title says, I can't change the resolution ingame. The settings menu shows only native resolution (1920x1080) and native ratio (16:9). Any help?

try going to your user files and go into saved games > respawn > apex > local.
Delete previousgamestate and videoconfig text files
run the game and check the settings
not working
