I fixed this! I went into my router's advanced settings and turned on port-triggering (not forwarding). See screens:

Couldn't agree more.. it's incredible really. Here I am writing this in mid-2020, and Apex legends just will not load into a server on PC.

Used to have the same thing with BFV.. though the nature of the issue was slightly different. These multi-multi million dollar companies churning this stuff out, cashing in, then unable to resolve such core issues like this.

You'd think they would have a whole team on this stuff.. I have yet to find an official answer and solution.
