7 years ago@jmhuber16 Can you try these steps please, from the Xbox dashboard select Settings- All Settings- Network- Network Settings- Advanced Settings- Alternate MAC address - Clear- Restart. Then let me know if this persists?

This Really doesn’t work and it makes me not want to play the game. And it’s September and you still have this problem

The fact is that after trying every single support step/EA Customer help, they don't seem to acknowledge that this is a problem affecting a variety of players.
