Cant find crossplay friends

@cypher-hull To confirm are the Xbox and PS5 accounts linked to the same EA Account?

@EA_IlliumHi I’ve managed to play with my children by setting up a club, but when I try sending a friend request it still doesn’t go through.

Also when I look at my son Xbox it shows I’m online but when I view the club on the PS5 it shows he’s offline ???
