Can't get into lobby

Hey there.

That message comes up because the game is looking for information that it was unable to find for some reason. There might be something missing or corrupted in the game files. When you have a chance I'd recommend reinstalling Apex Legends to see if that helps. If there is an issue with the game data that might fix the missing or corrupted files.

  I try reinstall apex it doesn't work
  I try reboot my router my xbox it still can't get into lobby
  I try every step but it doesn't work
  I want play season4
