That message comes up because the game is looking for information that it was unable to find for some reason. There might be something missing or corrupted in the game files. When you have a chance I'd recommend reinstalling Apex Legends to see if that helps. If there is an issue with the game data that might fix the missing or corrupted files.

Thanks for giving it a shot. It could also be happening because of a connectivity issue. When you have a chance please try running through the basic connection troubleshooting steps over at the EA Help website.

I try reinstall apex it doesn't work

I just fixed this issue by reinstalling game in other region(Japan)
I'm sure the content in Taiwan's Microsoft Store might cause the issue.
我換日本的地區商店安裝，現在可以登入遊戲。
台灣商店下載的遊戲內容有問題，大家可以試試看。
