That message comes up because the game is looking for information that it was unable to find for some reason. There might be something missing or corrupted in the game files. When you have a chance I'd recommend reinstalling Apex Legends to see if that helps. If there is an issue with the game data that might fix the missing or corrupted files.

這二天我重新安裝2次了，都是同樣的問題，無法解決，有人知道問題出在哪裡嗎？
I just fixed this issue by reinstalling game in other region(Japan)
I'm sure the content in Taiwan's Microsoft Store might cause the issue.
我換日本的地區商店安裝，現在可以登入遊戲。
台灣商店下載的遊戲內容有問題，大家可以試試看。

Update：
The issue happened again after setting the console region back to Taiwan.....
Then I set the region in Japan, the game lobby is back.
Could it be connection problem in Taiwan?
把主機地區調回台灣後，又發生了一樣的問題。
切換成日本區後又正常。會是台灣連線的問題嗎?
