Can't join match on apex

Unable to find a match in Apex. I ready up and all it does is put me into a queue and doesn't ever find me a match. I have already deleted and reinstalled the game twice. I have to wait for friends t...

@londonfost342 Have you tried changing servers?

On PC:

  1. Launch Apex Legends
  2. On the menu, where you must press a button to continue, click "Data Centers" in the bottom right-hand side of the screen.
  3. Select your preferred Server/Data Center according to latency/ping.

On PS4/Xbox One

  1. Start Apex Legends.
  2. While on the loading menu, press the "R3" or "Right Analog Stick" button to look at Data Centers.
  3. Select your preferred Server/Data Center.

If you're still experiencing issues, try to select another server (even if the ping is higher).

.. and if you're still having issues, maybe you could try to use a VPN?

There are a lot of free VPN's, but with really bad performance. You could use one just to see if you get a match - and if that works you could pay for a proper one (about $1/m).

I've already done the server change. I'm not about to pay to pay the game when two days prior to the issue I had no problems

    @londonfost342You could try to change your DNS to see if anything changes. I recommend using Cloudflare.

    1. Click the Start menu > Settings.

    2. Select Network and Internet > Change Adapter Settings.

    3. Right-click on the WiFi network you are connected to and click Properties.

    4. Select Internet Protocol Version 4.

    5. Click Properties > Use The Following DNS Server Addresses.

    6. Take note of any IP addresses you might have and save them in a safe place in case you need to use them later.

    7. Remove any IP addresses that may be already listed and in their place add:

      1.1.1.1
      1.0.0.1

    8. Click OK.

    9. Now, go to Internet Protocol Version 6.

    10. Select Properties > Use The Following DNS Server Addresses.

    11. Take note of any IP addresses you might have and save them in a safe place in case you need to use them later.

    12. Remove any IP addresses that may be already listed and in their place add:

      2606:4700:4700::1111
      2606:4700:4700::1001
    13. Click Close.
