Cant load into battle royale

Whenever I play arenas its fine, but for some reason i just cant load into battle royale. (I get stuck on the loading screen)

I have tried flushing my dns around 2 weeks ago. It didn't fix the problem.

I really don't have any clue on what is going on. I've tried to reinstall apex and verify my game files on both steam and origin. Still no luck
Any help is appreciated!

    We seen that using animated frames can also cause the issue can you change to a common or rare frame in case you are using a animated frame. @Kozzameow

    Hey, @Kozzameow  can you try a clean boot to see if any programs are messing with APEX and turn off any overlay programs, such as Discord or Nvidia experience.

     

    Can you add a Dxdiag so we can see what hardware and drivers you have?

    @EA_Atic Sorry for the late response, but all of my issues have been cleared up by the recent wednesday hotfix. I appreciate you helping!

    I have this problem as well I just got a legion 5 pro and I downloaded apex but I can play arenas but battle royal just won’t work it stays in the lobby and says match making and never says anything else
