Can't play with friends and Unable to connect to EA servers

Hi, I need help with this as soon as possible. I've been playing apex legends since season 9 and have only had 1 problem which was at the start of season 10 when all servers were down but now I can't seem to play the game properly for the past week.

I keep getting the "Unable to connect to EA servers" in the main menu and when I do get into the lobby to play with my friends I always and I mean always get left behind in the lobby and they get into a game. Whenever I try to join my friend's lobby it takes long to join and I can never get into their game.

Solutions I've tried so far but hasn't worked:

Restarting the PS4

Restarting the Router

Resetting Router to default settings

Doing a power cycle

Changing DNS

Reinstalling Apex

Using A LAN Cable

Changing Date and Time to match my EA account's region

Changing EA account's region

Changing EA account's password

Resetting PS4 to default settings

Changing Language on PS4 

Changing servers

I've tried playing on my friend's account and the same problem persists. Is there any fix to this? If there isn't I'm probably going to retire from playing Apex. I really wanted to get masters this split but the game is not allowing me to play with my team.
