Cant Purchase Coins

I can't purchase the apex coins in shop and not letting me through the transaction.

Which platform are you playing on? If you can also provide a screenshot of what you see when trying to complete the transaction that will be helpful. Please make sure to not display any personal information in the screenshot when posting.

Platform is steam. Every time I would try to make a purchase for example $39.99 apex coins. I would authorize the purchase then it'll load and not go through. My money remains on steam. When I keep doing it, it still wont go through. Transactions won't go through.

  @Nuk455x Could you please try to sign out of Steam, close the task in the task manager, restart your device, sign in again and see if you're able to complete the purchase?

    Yes, I did everything step by step and I just tried to purchase it now and it still not working.
