I would recommend starting with the following steps, and checking if this continues.

Repair/Verify your game based on which client you are launching from

EA App - Repair (Library > Tile Dots > Repair)

Steam - Verify in your library

EA App's Cache (Top Left Menu > Help > App Recovery)

Connection and Advance Connection Guides

Check for other applications that may be limiting EA App or Game performance

Close other running applications on your device

Run the System File Checker tool then Check for Windows and GPU updates

Check Drivers, Default to High-Performance GPU: Troubleshooting Graphics issues

Restart your device in Clean Boot mode, then just try running the client and game

Hello, Apex dev. Team,

I've been having problems with the lobby. In the lobby, the menu is loading the whole time. I can't access every tab. I tried to clear the cache data, restarted my PC. Nothing worked. This bug occured 5 hours ago when I opened the game.
