Can't restore account with heiroolm and prestige skin

Guys, I need help. After I asked to delete my account the guy that I asked (Kunal S.) told me I will be able to restore it. If I won't have same account with the email my old account was linked to. My old account was liked to [edit: email address removed] and had EA id l_Kanoe_l Since it was originally created with [edit: email address removed] he sent confirmation email.

Later I asked Krishan D. to restore it and after talking to him my EA id l_Kanoe_l appeared to be deleted!!! I could change my Id on other account to l_Kanoe_l but coudln't do it before!!

But I still can see my account in there, existing and in my old club I created myself - Ghost of dusk - club tag - GHST

this account has 1 prestige skin and 1 heirloom not to say other things, how can I restore it? the ppl I contacted seem like they either don't want to help or don't know how, but when I talked to Krishna D I think he simply removed my ea id or smth so it may be no longer linked to my account, how can I restore it?
