I'm playing on my ps4 trying to do crossplay but none of my friends on other platforms are showing up as online. I've checked all my privacy setting on both my platform profile and my ea profile and they are both how they should be. I know that at least one of my friends are online as we are currently trying to play together but it is telling me he is offline. Is there anyone that knows how to fix this
So This is still a problem.... because it's currently happening to me and my son right now.
Hi, so, i have 2 accounts, when i play on my 2nd account (origin account) i can play with a steam friend just fine, but when i play on my main account (also origin account) i cant play with them, it appears as offline as i cant seem to know why, i have opened 3 tickets, 3 emails and everytime either they ignore me or just end chat. Please someone help me, ive spend too much time and money on my main account and i dont want to throw it all away.
