Can't start the game after intro - Error 30005

hello, ive been struggling since the Final fantasy event update, i load the game it does the respawn logo thing then it just closes the game. i did it again and i give me error 30005. im aware that this error has been posted about before and ive tired all the advice such as reinstalling the game, the anti-cheat, repairing the anit-cheat updating windows, updating bios, tried verifying integrity of game files through steam, tried opening thought EA app, tired deleting the .sys file, and some other stuff that i cant even remember since im just scrambling to fix it. for some system info i have a i7 12th gen with an 3060ti and plenty of storage and ram as well as ample cooling so i don't thing its a hardware issue. additionally the anti cheat works fine for all other games such as fall guys, finals etc. just apex is doing this. also apex was working fine before the update dropped and only started doing it afterwards so my guess is that its the game???

  • @just_haxxan Error 30005 is related to EAC,
    So when you said you tried most lets see if we can find a solution.

    Have you tried to disable your Antivirus and firewall softwares to see if this could be blocking? (if it works, make sure to whitelist your EAC and game to your AV and firewalls inbound/outbound exemptions).

    Do you have any 3rd party softwares that may alter the game file that EAC may react on? knowing the past of EAC, do you have anything that controlls RGB etc, or anything else that may alter the game in anyway?

    Try to close any other software running alongside the game.
    Close any "optimization sofware" if you have this installed.

    Do you have Kernel-mode Hardware-enforced Stack Protection on? (A windows security feature) disable this and try again)
    Go to Windows Security (search in windows search) and press it, Then go to "Device Security" after this click "Core Isolations" and here you can turn it off.

    What Windows are you running?
    As you said you did all the updates, do you have any updates for your GPU?
