Hello, i have several closed cases in the closed cases list and that's understandable.
What i don't understand is why do i have 4 cases as " DECLINE" while also being Open Cases.
-My first guess was that it is declined for now but it is still under investigation ( open case )
Am i right ? Or do i need to make a new case ?
