Character and Walls are sparkling bright white and purple in lobby and ingame

I just downloaded the game and loaded it up. Everything appears smooth fps wise. Excpet Its kind of shimmering glittery. I dont know what to do ive tried turning down all the graphics but nothing cha...

Hi @666DEADEYE999 , @Tyruswoll2002 and @The_Tibber,

Could you please first try to update the drives of your graphics card and if it doesn't improve the super sparkly shiny-ness, post your DxDiag?

Its probably best to use driver version 417.71 for Nvidia gpu's as the latest drivers can cause issue too but and has been mentioned in other posts to be more stable while helping out.
I haven't see this issue before, its rather unique.
The glitchyness of the first image as you can see here:
Could indicate a corrupt texture and Apex game files while downloading which leads to this.
But thats just my detective work. :P
