some time ago i get disconnect couple time,but the notification is couldnt allocate client RUI instance ; 2704 already exist and yesterday my main account has been banned with no reason i contact ToS but he said iam cheating or break rules.What should I do about it?

That issue is most of the time caused by a server-sided problem.
If you repair/reinstall the game you should get these crashes less often.
You should have received an mail informing you the rules you broke and the duration of the ban.
If you think this ban was applied by mistake, you best contact the Terms of Service team again
