Uninstall reWASD
Go to file explorer
Then This PC
Then on the search bar
Type reWASD
Delete all files related to it
If a message pops up saying that you cannot uninstall it
then find the application in task manager and end task
try to delete every file related to reWASD
That should fix ur problem.

I have the same error and It kicked me out of rank matches 3 times this month with abandon penalty. its really frustrating . I have verified files and using ethernet cable too IDK what to do with this.
