Cloud Save Corrupted

I've tried contacting support but it's been 4 days and no response.

When I open the game it crashes says there's a save error after a couple seconds. The only thing I can't see is the character load on the main menu before it does so I can get screenshots of all the stuff I had but I can't actually play the game.

I have tried loading the cloud save from the origin launcher, I have tried verifying and repairing game files, I have restarted my computer and origin multiple times, I have repaired corrupted files using the windows command prompt, I have completely reinstalled Apex. Nothing worked and EA support is just rushing to help so I was wondering if anyone here had any ideas.

    Hey @kickypoo

    When you've got a chance can you try clearing out the Origin cache to see if that helps at all? If there's an issue with the cached data causing the error you're seeing that may help. 

    For more information on how to clear it check out the EA Help website. Let me know if you're still getting the same error message afterward.
