Cloud sync issues on Apex (Tteam and EA version)

for the past 5 months i have been DIGGING around and even tried to conteact ea to no avail trying to fix this


Issue:
Cloud sync will not for on anny of my accounts and any pc version of the game, it resets my keybinds/setting everytime i log on
not a single soul has been able to help me, 

every damn post is for origin app, which isnt a thing anymore and ea has like, nothing at all,


i have tried:
clearing cache for ea app,

verifying game files for steam

running apps as administrator 

FRESH installing of bosth steam AND EA app


none works
