I have had the SAME experience my friend! Me and a Friend run ranked and even if a buddy get disconnected with the error code we still get the minus 96 RP. Yes I get the same 10 minute ban and all! I was 100 RP from Masters, played and lost all the way down to Diamond IV... They refuse to help and I have paid a good amount of money on skins, Coins, and battle pass! I am furious! Not to mention I have live chatted with 2 people, their names were Shivani and Hemant. Shivani said refunding RP was out of her limits so I went to Hemant, Hemant LOGGED into my Apex account and told me he would fix me right up. He asked me to wait, waited about 10 minutes just for him to say “I have consulted my team about refunding your RP but it was denied! FIX THIS!!! My state is currently under lockdown due to Quarantine and I can’t even play the only game I play! FIX IT!!!!

    @BigDaddyTHC420 They were able to see who's dashboarding, surely they can see when it's an error and adjust the system, it's not fair, I have to play at 200+ping and deal with this as well. Respawn doesnt care about its player base when it comes to things like this, but let their be an issue with the store that stops people giving them more money, they fix that in minutes!

      @yeshan111 I’m glad they can see it because it’s happening 8-10 times a day, well I guess how many times until I rage quit lol 😂 I totally agree with you man the funny thing is when I talked to EA about my RP refund they consulted their team even signed into my Apex then later denied!! Frustrating! I’d like to hear more about this and see it fixed at least before the season is over so I can climb to masters at least...
