What happens when the bug occurs? I disconnect from the menu so one of these is what happens depending on timing A) Disconnect go back to the party I was / ready up and try again B) The match starts I disconnect midway, the match start and I can't reconnect C) The match starts I disconnect midway I reconnect to the picking screen and I can play D) Disconnect midway through picking screen, can reconnect and everything is normal E) Disconnect midway through picking screen, can reconnect but when I reconnect the UI is missing leaving me unable to access inventory and deathboxes F) Disconnect midway through picking screen, can reconnect but when I reconnect the UI is missing leaving me unable to access deathboxes I would estimate the likelihood to any of these to be: A)20% B)10% C)20% D)10% E)40% F)0,1% Only happened once but I think it's worth mentioning
What should be happening instead? Connecting and playing the game
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? This is clearly a network problem / server side issue
I've went from playing about 10 matches a day to disconnect 4 times in a row and give up.
I want to clarify: THIS IS NOT MY ROUTER or CONNECTION THAT'S CAUSING THIS. I can play every single other game without causing 1 ping spike, and also this disconnect only happens in the starting screen, lobby and the picking screen.
code:net connection timed out is the name of the error
Also worth to mention I use a laptop and this only happens in one of the locations I play
I've tried every goddamn solution for networking problems. This is not on my end. This is your servers, please address this to not lose more players like me, I'm uninstalling the game.
If you're reading this and have the same issue, I advise you to uninstall the game. There is no solution.
