    @zRoyaltYx I would recommend showing the UOTrace to your IPS due to the packet loss.

@EA_Illium Im on xbox. a month later and im still experiencing the same problem. it seems to only happen when i try to play with my brother on the same wifi connection.

    Hey @zRoyaltYx Does this only happen with your brother on the same network or with other friends on other networks? Also, can you try the steps here (port forwarding, check NAT, etc)

      It only ever happens while trying to play Apex on the same network. I used a hotspot and was able to play that way.

        @zRoyaltYx For your home network could you try setting up a static IP address and seeing if this continues? Also, to check you and your brother are not using the same EA Account correct?
