Code: Snake
The connection is unstable recently, and during matches the loss/choke can reach up to 50 and more than 5000 ping. At this time the game is frozen and I had to disconnect from the game, after the connection , I received this code: snake. Most of the times snakes are given to cheaters, which is not this case. Does this code😕nake means that i am getting banned?
Hi @Whisky1srisky Code: Snake can happen for different reasons. If we're running into a connection issue then we can try the following:
- Checking any anti-virus or firewall on the device or network that blocks data
- Advanced connecting troubleshooting
- Set up a Static IP
- Untick the options in LAN Settings (make sure nothing is checked under Proxy Server)
- Change DNS settings (You can use the public google DNS primary: 8.8.8.8, secondary: 8.8.4.4, unless there is a different DNS you would rather use)
