Code:Net Code:Over

This started recently.  I've gone through the troubleshooting steps i've found online.  The game continues on like normal but why can't I reconnect if it's just a temporary internet hiccup like all the posts say it is?  

This last time I got leaver penalty for something that was completely outside of my control.  What sense does this make EA? 

My PC is direct wired on Ziply fiber.  No other games have problems including 2000 hours on Overwatch.  

Please help me overcome this.
