Apex crashes in lobby when Ranked/Storm Point is selected - AMD GPUs
After the update, I log into the game as usual, click continue, and after loading, I see the lobby and crash without any error. My PC: AMD Ryzen 5 2600 Six-Core, Radeon RX 570, B450M H, 16 GB RAM What I tried: Restart PC, repair the game in EA launcher, update video drivers, run with admin, turn off all custom settings in AMD Software, turn off all overlays, check windows events when game crashed A day ago I received my first mythical shards Help please [CM - Edited title for clarity]Storm Point crashing still (pleading for fix)
Hey there I've had this exact same issue along with so many others in the previous season where storm point map when in rotation be that pubs or ranked would hang the game for a second and crash the game after...we have tried all the fixes it didn't help hence storm point was replaced last season. This season storm point is in rotation and its the same issue as last season, i hoped the next split will have storm point replaced but it didn't happen...i wanna rank up and play but i can't do it if there is storm point in rotation for 3-4 hours since that's all the time i get to rank up after work...I've mentioned this issue so many times and no one has taken notice of it sadly...kindly take the matter seriously as its ruining the game experience for players. graphics card: RX 570I’m getting kicked out the game to Home Screen
Every time I try to pley a game it finds a match and then it kicks me out to the main screen and my teammates start the game without me just them by themselves they don’t even get a random this happens in regular games and ranked also. Total freezing of the system during play
I play on a new laptop (Nvidia RTX 5060/ Intel Core I9), on steam. It happens to me that during a few minutes that I play, sometimes it can be about 5-10-20 minutes, and in the middle of a game where I am shooting or whatever... out of nowhere, the entire screen freezes, with the image and everything, where I move the mouse and press the keyboard and nothing happens. And that's why I can't do any keyboard combinations because it doesn't work, and I have to force the power off button. I don't know what else to do, I have already reset my laptop, I have re-downloaded all the Nvidia drivers, Chipset, Windows updates, I play with the laptop connected with smart charging, and nothing... I tried on Steam to put a "solution" that I saw somewhere about "DX11. jason" to put it in Steam properties, but it didn't work either. I need to please know what can happen. I am very sad not to be able to play this game that fascinates me...
