"Client failed an anti-cheat runtime integrity check." with (1) or (4) at the end. It just randomly kicks me for absolutely no reason. Each time I have to restart the game to get in to lobby again. I don't see people complaining about this anywhere yet so it seems fairly unique. I have received -162rp penalty on 4 ranked matches for absolutely no reason. I played 2 games just fine, then got 3 matches back to back error screens as soon as I enter the match, then a bunch in the lobby, I had two occur when trying pubs/ranked when I try to return to Lobby with ESC -> Return, bamm, boot to the Main Menu with Error. Given I could play pubs to the end and it only booted me when trying to return to lobby I gave ranked a go again. I was able to get a few games in even though most of the time I got booted while in Queue for the next match & had to restart the game each time. It was "stable" like this for a few games, enough to regain my lost -486rp. But as soon as I was about to clear the negative rp the game after, I just got booted mid-game while I was pinging (video is attached below). In the midst of this I have tried restarting PC, verify game files, closing my Volume Control software, exiting Afterburner & RTSS, and trying to launch from my r5apex admin desktop shortcut (UAC prompt) & from Steam directly... Nothing makes a difference. I cannot think of anything that could interrupt the anti-cheat like that. I honestly figured it was my Volume Control software because it has shortcuts bound allowing me to set my volume on the active window which is a must have life-saver while streaming & gaming in general (I used to be able to do this via AutoHotkey but had to find an alternative after that got sacked). I noticed after the Javelin anti-cheat it no longer allowed the keybind that was just bound to simple buttons to work. The only buttons that triggered the volume shortcut where does with modifier keys attached which is utterly strange (I can no longer use F17 for example, has to be CTRL+F17) but alas it doesn't seem to be my Volume Control program since it didn't seem to change anything when closing it. I don't have to even press anything or be in-game to be kicked. If it doesn't happen at the start or end of a match it just happens randomly while in queue while I am watching a video on my second monitor. I streamed all of it (2 vods, tried PC restart in the middle) It feels kinda random, no clear moment to moment change one can note where it instantly fails integrity but Identified cases or scenarios where it seems to trigger are: 1. When tabbed out, eventually after a few seconds or minute, you will get booted or you won't but most cases I am tabbed out. (5+ times) 2. Sitting in lobby (5+ times) 3. As soon as you are put in a match (instant abandon penalty, 4+ times) 4. When the the match is over for you and you try to leave to lobby (~3 times) 5. Randomly while just playing (1 case so far but usually if I am playing its usually just fine, its when I am not or being put into a match where it dies) I don't know what it could be, it happens randomly, I can't even point fingers at any programs... - I was thinking its my Wooting keyboard but I doubt it. No input and anti-cheat still just craps out. - The fact I am streaming with OBS? Possibly but again I doubt it because why does it happen randomly then? I wouldn't be gaming if I wasn't streaming so I am not willing to drop OBS... - Could be a laundry list of other things like PowerToys but again why does it happen randomly on windows start & stop. - Once it seemed to happen when I hit my keyboards Media Play/Pause button... - The fact I am still using Windows 10? Again, why randomly (I kinda have to, I have to many important files to reformat at this time and can't afford new rig home NAS (yetTM))... - I have a PIA VPN but its split tunneled and routed only for certain applications which were all off Updated list of things I have ruled out (Sept 30 6pm PST): Afterburner & RTSS Volume Control software & hotkeys OBS ShareX Screenshot software Synergy (not 100%) I just don't get it. I tried attaching links to my VODS but forum system marked my post as spam immediately (hopefully the attached clip is illustrative enough) or go to AvwonZero Twitch Please HELP/FIX and be communicative about it, thx (I was in a false ban wave during Marathon release, banned in Beta Test, and it took almost 2 weeks without any communication to finally be resolved)! I am not banned here (thankfully) but this is almost just as frustrating. Hours of grinding just flushed in back to back errors to main menu with no info provided to resolve whatever is in conflict. Some games fine, some game boot to main menu for who knows why. Suspected Culprit (Sept 30 8pm PST): PIA VPN seems to be the conflicting app, even though its split-tunneled where all apps bypass it except two, it seems to be the conflicting app... this is still a tentative assesment because the other day I was able to play for an hour fine before I get booted... but so far I am pointing finger on it. Been sitting in the lobby & matches for a while without issue. Sadly the next time I can have a full game session will be in a few days so ill leave it at that for now.
Hard freezes + 0x133 since EA Javelin Anti-Cheat (9800X3D + 5070)
Since the new EA Javelin Anti-Cheat was added, Apex causes full system freezes (main menu, loading, or in-game, even when idle/minimized in lobby). PC freezes for 1–2 minutes, then shows a glitched/partial blue screen and either restarts or powers off. Only happens in Apex. Error codes: Bugcheck: 0x00000133 (0x1, 0x1e00, ...) – DPC_WATCHDOG_VIOLATION Event Viewer: Kernel-Power 41, nvlddmkm timeout (Event 153), TPM Event 15 Specs: CPU: Ryzen 7 9800X3D GPU: RTX 5070 (latest drivers, clean installs with DDU) RAM: 32GB DDR5 (tested 6000 → 5600 → stock) Motherboard: ASUS TUF Gaming B850-Plus WIFI OS: Windows 10 Game on SSD, DX12 What I’ve already tried: Full Event Viewer analysis SFC / DISM (clean) Disabled TSME (SMEE) Memory Context Restore experiments Power Supply Idle Control set to Typical Current Idle VDDSOC negative offset (settled at -0.020) Cleaned all Steam/EA launch options Wiped manual DRAM timings → Auto/DOCP Lowered RAM from 6000 MHz to 5600 MHz (FCLK 2000) and stock Multiple clean NVIDIA driver reinstalls with DDU Verified game files Issue still occurs even when the game is idle in the lobby under these conditions. Minidump available if needed. Happy to provide any extra logs. Any known issues with Javelin Anti-Cheat + 50-series cards or 9800X3D? Any recommended workaround while this is being looked at? I will load into a match (not a every match problem) start at my normal 30-50 ping and for no apparent reason will launch up to over 600 ping but will average at around 450 ping. My last match I was booted from it with a abandon penalty. Please fix this, this bug make me want to pull out my hair especially when this happens in ranked.
Game crashes after ea splash screen
So, today, since ea added Javelin Kernel level anti cheat, i have not been able to enter the game. It just crashes after the splash screen. I tried a lot of things: Reinstalling Javelin, reinstalling the game, restarting the pc, looking through like dozens of files, cleaning up versions of the anticheat that could be impeding it from working. Nothing. From what i got after like 4 hours of bashing my head in the pc, i got only one possible hint that i havent found to lead anywhere: eaanticheat.gameservice.exe starts through SCM and gives error 87 -> game crash Everything else works fine in theory, no other errors found. I would very much appreciate urgent help, since i've been waiting a lot this event and i dont want to miss it.Javelin won't launch
It prompts me to reinstall javelin, then I do, and it asks me to relaunch the game. When I relaunch, it asks for permissions then says the anticheat is missing or not installed properly. I copied the code it gave me. I tried going into the game files and fixing it from there, and it says that isnt where the game is downloaded (which isnt true). I've tried verifying files, reinstalling the game, allowing both as admin and nothing. Is it safe to post the error info here or does it reveal private information?Security Violation Will Not Let Me Launch Game
Hi, Ever since the newest update I have not been able to launch the game. I am stuck on the "Security Violation" window. Tried verifying, run apex as admin. Tried to delete the anti cheat, but there is no "Apex Legends" in the drop down menu. I have a screenshot of the violation. Please help
