Game Logic Error – Account-Specific Crash
Hello, I am experiencing a recurring "There was a problem processing game logic" error when trying to log into Apex Legends on Steam PC. The error messages include: sh_challenge_tiles.gnut #331 [UI] GetCurrentPlaylistVarBool and sh_grx.gnut #1555 [UI] The index "10169" does not exist. This issue happens only with my account. If I log in with another account on the same PC, the game works fine. I also tested on another PC with my account, and the same error happens. I have already tried verifying game files on Steam, clearing cache, reinstalling the game, and changing Data Centers but nothing worked. It seems that my account data may be corrupted, possibly related to challenges or UI. Could you please check and help fix my account on the server side? Thank you.
Game Crash
Hello, I have played this game for years and since the latest update now the game does not open it just crashes every time. I have downloaded the game in STEAM in EA and verified the files but it just keeps on crashing every time. It just shows the anti cheat and then it crashes. I have opened another games with the same anti cheat and they load appropriately. I just want to find a solution on why is not opening as before, and my specs on my computer qualify to run it smoothly. I just want suggestions or options on what to do. Anyone else having the same issues?
Severe input lag of over 3 seconds occurs within APEX maps
Hello, I only speak Japanese, so I'm using Google Translate. I apologize if the translation is incorrect. I'm experiencing severe input lag of over 3 seconds on the APEX map. There's no lag when I use only the keyboard to input WASD commands or when I move only the mouse, but when I use both the keyboard and mouse simultaneously, the screen stutters and there's severe input lag. My PC specs are: CPU: Intel Core i7-7700K RAM: 16GB 2133MHz GPU: Nvidia GTX1080Ti 11GB I'm using an older computer, and Battlefield and other games run fine without any issues. I've reinstalled the game and updated the GPU driver, but only APEX still experiences the issue. If anyone knows how to fix this, please let me know.
Integrity error 0x8000001
Hi all i have recently come across an issue with apex where id have the application open then would freeze then crash coming up with an error message (linked below). I use steam for my game and i have tried the basic fixes like Reinstallation and verified the game files through steam, but this error keeps showing up. Note : this primarily happens when in observer mode and with OBS open and running (it also crashes my OBS, So I'm not sure if it is a game issue or something else is happening with my pc. If it is to any relevance i use these game launch options for apex. -no_render_on_input_thread , -novid , +fps_max 0 , +cl_locale_is_softened 1 , +cl_liveapi_enabled 1 . Any help in this matter would be appreciated as i cannot cast and observe for the org i work for with this crash happening.

Hello I just got retrieved my account after 2 months because I was hacked and I lost my account at the first time after that EA help me to retrieve it but I found an issue that is loba is bugged I cannot open Loba I cannot play her or even purchase her the funny thing i'm already unlocked all the legend before why only loba can't play her please EA help me with this issue and I hope you understand my iss and plus I lost 5K materials and 1,200 APEX COINES ARE GON that's the last time I remember before my account got hacked and And Sometimes my game crashed sometimes it says error server timeout I don't know why it does happen that way and I hope EA can help me
Apex Legends crashing after a few minutes (black screen) 0x8000001 integrity
Hi everyone, Hello, I need help. For 3-4 days I have constant crashes on Apex Legends. The game runs, but after some time I get a black screen that alternates with the game and then Apex closes. Sometimes it happens in the menus, in the firing range, or in a real match. No error code appears, just a black screen and then the crash. Here is what I already tried: reinstalling Apex on both Steam and EA App, reinstalling and repairing Easy Anti-Cheat, reinstalling GPU drivers with DDU, checking game files, repairing Visual C (x64 and x86), updating Windows, deleting cache and CrashDumps, running everything as administrator. Nothing worked. My PC works fine with other games that also use Easy Anti-Cheat (for example Elden Ring). Only Apex Legends has this problem. Is there any permanent fix for this issue? Could it be related to the integrity error (0x8000001) I sometimes see in logs? My specs: intel I5 13gen, RTX 4060 laptop, 16 GB RAM, Windows 11] Thanks in advance.
