Hello apex support
So for the past 2 months my PS5 has been completely crashing due to playing Apex and Apex only. I have not seen any open discussions of the matter. I have googled and done every step as far as making sure it has proper air and heat management. Reset it from safe mode and clear caches uninstalled and reinstalled. Essentially every suggestion I've come across. Is there a workaround or some insight please.?Closing Apex Legends kills PCIe Wi-Fi Adapter
When I close Apex Legends, my PCIe Wi-Fi/Bluetooth Adapter crashes for a short while. This always happens ~7 seconds after my PC unloaded the 'EasyAntiCheat_EOSSys' File System Filter and only ever with Apex Legends. Apparently it also crashes my Wi-Fi until I restart my PC (got ethernet though). I use the Asus PCE-BE6500 with the only driver (Package 1.0.0.1 | Wi-Fi: V5.4.0.1920 | BT: V1.1037.0.433) available via the official website from Asus. PC Specs if it helps lol: Windows 11 Pro 24H2 ASUS Prime X870-P (Dont ask why I didnt buy the Wi-Fi Version directly...) Ryzen 9 9900X3D PNY RTX 5080 ARGB Epic-X Overclocked Samsung 980Pro 1 TB (where Apex is installed) Samsung 970 Evo Plus 1TB (Windows) Asus PCE-BE6500 (PCIe Wifi/BT Adapter) What I already (obviously) tried is reinstalling drivers and verifying the integrity of the game. I already had this problem with the previous update of the game. The only thing I find online, which sounds similar to my issue, is this link: https://answers.ea.com/t5/Bug-Reports/Apex-kills-internet-adapter/m-p/14036605 but apparently that Bug Report is closed to the public, but still pops up in google search. Would be helpful though, cause its marked as "solved"....

I've already deleted it from both my EA and Steam accounts, but it won't start. At first it didn't start due to some problem with the game, and now I can't even get the game to load. Please help. cant play apex legends
This issue started about a month back where i cant seem to start my apex legends. Usually, it will be either a error 408 or anti-cheat failing to synchronize error code. I have tried deleting and reinstalling, changing my dns, restarting my internet router, updating my gpu card but none of it has worked. I have also submitted thrice to EA help but no case has been opened or has EA got back to me. Does anyone have a solution for this? FYI, I'm on steam-pc. Cheers.
CPU system usage is around 30%
Hello, since about a week now, I have been trying to fix this issue. When I open Apex the system usage starts going crazy, before that I didn’t have constant cpu usage of 100%, the game often crashes mid game, the audio isn’t working right and the ping goes up constantly. I’ve tried several things but nothing works.
Apex Legends crashing my network adaptor
Let me start with my situation. I very recently, yesterday, just got my new pc setup, everything runs perfectly, until it runs Apex. Everything is normal with any other online games im running, but when I launch Apex and load into the lobby, things will freeze up in around 30-40 seconds and dissconnects my wifi entirely. I found out that Apex is crashing my network adaptor whenever I load into the main lobby of the game, and it will not properly reset until I fully quit the game all together. I am 100% certin that this is a issue with Apex becuase every other game works just fine, I also run other games with easy anti cheat and thoes games work fine too. Ive tried many thing in atempt to fix this: uninstalling and reinstalling the game(steam) - did not work repairing the game(steam) - did not work changing to a different platform(EA app) - did not work repairing the game again (EA app) - did not work trounbleshoot net work adapter - did not work updating net work adapter folder - did not work uninstalling and reinstalling network adapter - did not work network reset - did not work changing the power management setting on network adapter - did not work I've played apex since season 3, the game just gets worse and worse. After quitting apex for a while and taking a year off from gaming all together I just want revisit the game I loved so much before, and I am again disspointed the game. If anyone has run into similar issues and have fixed it, please please get back to me for I have searched every possible fix and related topics and nothing has worked.
Anti-Cheat Authentication Failure
After the patch today, 2/24/25, every time I try to enter the game, it opens to the menu, I click continue, and once past the long black screen, the menu opens and is super choppy and laggy, and after about 20-30 seconds it boots me and says that "the client something something, failed to authenticate the anti-cheat" and boots me to the beginning again. I tried repairing the anti cheat files, but when I click on the application in my files it just won't open or let me repair. I followed the steps on Easy AC website to run command prompts to repair it and it still has the same issue. I even deleted the game, redownloaded it and still...nothing. There is no option on the anti cheat website to reach out for help, only endless forums.Apex Integrity error
I keep havin the Apex Integrity error, i dont have any of the applications installed. I even went as far to download the applications and then delete them from my computer to see if that is the issue and still no resolve. this has been happening for almost a year now that i have not been able to play on PC, i dont use cheats and never have. what can i do? I prefer to play this game on PC and nothing i do is solving the issue and it does not seem like EA cares at this point. i deleted apex and EA and redownloaded it, i installed software to see if any of those applications are hidden somewhere, its just sad that youtubers have to find a resolution before you guys can. I just want to be able to play the game i pay money on. Thankyou. Game on launch says integrity error then when closed EA App "says try again later there was on error on our end"
