Community ManagerUnfortunately our available troubleshooting is going to be pretty limited when playing via a cloud gaming service.
If you launch directly through Origin or Steam I'd suggest looking through these steps as well, though honestly that may not change things too much as you're currently streaming the game through another service.
In that case it may be better to reach out directly per their FAQ.
