Solved

code:net Signon: Full

On Xbox. My cousin and I play with two different xboxes & accounts in the same house.

Since the Raiders update, the game either crashes or boots us from matches together early with the error,

(code:net) Signon: Full

We are able to play separately just fine. We are also able to play with a PS4 and an Xbox from the same house no problem.

We are no longer able to play together.

We have tried uninstalling and reinstalling on both systems. Still an issue. Only happening since last update

  • Hey @abc575183221

What you're describing sounds like it could be an IP address conflict between the two Xbox consoles on your network.

When you have the chance can you try setting a static IP address for both consoles to see if that helps? The Port Forward website has some instructions on how you can set a static IP address if you need more info.

Please let me know how that goes once you've had the chance to give it a shot. Thanks!

    Got it, thanks!

I am curious if setting a static IP address for your PC might make a difference. The Port Forward website has some instructions on how you can set a static IP. Once you have the chance to give it a try please let me know if you're still running into any of the same issues as before. Thanks!

  • Hi. I'm having the same issue on PC. Had no problems before the last update. haven't been able to play in almost a week. i keep getting code:net Signon: Full or code leaf. i can play other games just fine. i can log into the games but in less than 5 min i get kicked and most times can't even go back into the game. plz help i've been playing apex since launch.

  • Dear EA_Kent,

I have been experiencing the following issue for 2 days. code:net is the most common one, besides that i also get the code:cloud and code:leaf and cannot get into a game, even if i do its like few minutes and then crashes with one of the codes shown. I have been struggling to fix this for 48h plus. I am a PC gamer that has been playing APEX LEGENDS since season 0 and its the first time that i have experienced this. My friends got the code:leaf issue back in Season 8 and that is the point where they quit the game completely. Seeing how i cant do anything on my end even though i went through all your community advices and support, i rebooted all network equipment, rebooted the game and changed profiles (to friends profile to check if its profile related even), i tried disabling firewall and also adding apex to exception app in fw, i tried disabling anti virus, re-installing Apex completely, changed dns, changed gateway/modem, contacted my internet provider even. This happened for me 2 days ago and havent been able to play it since and its really annoying since i have the season battle pass and wanna play it. I am a techie guy myself and tried every possible solution offered online or from your support to no avail. My internet connection is 1Gbps UL/DL and PC specs are: i7 6700K; 64 gigs ddr4 (3333mhz) G-Skill; 1000W PSU Corsair Platinum, 3080RTX Super; x4 1TB Samsung Pro SSDs (custom build) and never had issues with internet connection or any connection or issue with PC. Also running win 10 (x64) PRO edition. My ingame name is 533K3R (if needed). Please advise so that a resolution is found as soon as possible please, i dont know who else to contact or turn to anymore.

Kind regards and hope you will get back to me soon,

    Hi @GreYMatteRGaminG

Could you share a DxDiag when you have the chance? You can find more info on how to pull one up at the EA Help website

Once you have the text file please attach it to this thread. Thanks!

  • Hello, I am having a similar issue.

I play on Xbox and I can play all game modes except ranked BR, I can even play ranked arenas.

I checked to see if I was banned per chance but I am not banned.

when I try to play ranked BR, I receive the error message.
I tried restarting the modem, restarted the game, changing DNS and nothing is working.
could you help me out, I’m not sure what to do now?

    Hi @Jmoron000

We've been looking into issues that people have been seeing with connecting to ranked matches.

Have you tried playing since last night? If so, have you seen any improvements?

  • Don’t know if this thread is still being monitored but I am getting the code net error followed by code cloud in every third or fourth game. Tried restarting my router and console (Series X). Cleared MAC and tried the different DNS settings that have been suggested here. I have opened my ports as well in my router settings to change my NAT type from moderate to open. The NAT type changed but the problems remained. I honestly don’t know what to do anymore. I don’t have problems with any other game or on any other devices.

    Hey @Godfather0603

Does this happen no matter which datacenter you're using? If you switch to a different datacenter do you notice any difference?

  • I am gonna try that. Have also set up a static IP address as well and tried wired connection. Both didn’t help. See it’s really frustrating experiencing these sort of issues which make a game you spent hundred of hours and euros on basically unplayable… gonna try switching to another data center
