Heya.
I have seen some more error code snake topics come across, and the answer on the forum is the contact EA support. I did, and I just get a generic answer to check my connectivity, even tho error code snake is prescribed as a temp ban. EA even responded to my ticket with "Hi UNKNOWN", even though my ticket was made through my EA account. This makes me doubt they will even take it serious, so I was wondering what I could do, or where I should contact maybe, because this is just a half assed answer.
