Connection Issues

So for the past like month now Apex legends on the Xbox one s, my game has been freezing up in two places. Loading into the game it freezes up on my teams banner and the screen darkens. I've tried waiting it out but the only solution that sometimes works is when I dashboard (quit the app) and try load back in. Like I said it sometimes works but other times it continues loading but never does. The other time it freezes up is when after the game the "connecting to lobby" screen freezes and like the previous one I have to dashboard. This all started about a month ago when it also did another thing where it not even let me in the game after pressing the A button, it would say "loading precache" but never would until I uninstalled and reinstalled the game like a week ago. But that didn't fix the previous two issues.
