Hi, can I check your, platform, region and ISP? From what I'm seeing there's a regional component to this issue.

I'm from Johannesburg and I have fibre that I use to play on but it was too laggy. I started using my LTE but after the update it stopped allowing me to play. The LTE has a NAT type of 3 and the Fibre has a NAT type of 2 so I dunno what could be the problem.

Please tell us when is the patch coming. We are all tired of being patient. It has been 2 months but there was 5 updates which has not fixed the issue. Some of us paid for a battle pass we couldn't even finish. We are tired of our voices not being heard.

@SizDiz Same here. Same error msg. Also from pretoria SA and also Telkom int provider. My * started after the recent update. Now i cant play at all. Hope they get this sorted soon. 😬

So do we have any feedback from EA as to whats happening?? Seems like the best option is to just uninstall the game and move over to COD....

Change ISP. Telkom is utter trash. It helps a bit. Will still give lag on the count of apex trashy servers.

Thanks man I thought I was the only one because my other friends ps4s were working, honestly I really hope they fix this because I haven't even played the aftermarket event properly,

Exact same setup, ps4 and telkom bit based in Cape Town - keep getting invalid token, managed to load into 3 games the whole of yesterday

Jesus Christ, was waiting (matchmaking) for hours and managed only into 4 games!!! I know the developers are working from home, BUT i also work from home and will never provide unfinished project like this.

You need to change your router settings, have been up the all night trying to fix this, create a new profile and On the APN put unrestricted, keep the game in cross play it'll work, let me know if it works for you..

Having same issue on ps4, my bud and I also use Telkom and we suspect that's it's our internet provider because everyone we know has different providers and they load fine.

i don't care anymore i deleted the game but those nonsense statements make me angry!!- 5 years ago@Srfa7i Seems like DDOSing. For those of you that dont know what that is...look it up.Ever noticed that while a game is loading at the bottom it says "party leader left", or you shoot the sh*t out of someone and its like they dont take any damage at all and then poof....your dead!! Or your team mate just freezes up for no reason and gets kicked from the game.Pure speculation but shure as hell seems alot like what happend with Destiny 2 and a bunch of other games including Apex. Says it all right...
Well i must confess, i have been playing non stop since last Friday without my vpn connection. No problems loading into a game. And all i did was have my public ip changed and set to static. Thats prob why changing LTE APN to Unrestricted and or using VPN works.
If only we had a CM that actually gave us some answers it would have been great...sadly he is as useless as 1972 Brown Box!! Nothing but a paper weight!!
