Not being able to connect to the apex servers

Hi, sorry to hear you’re running into this. Could you let us know what platform you’re playing on, and which troubleshooting steps you’ve already tried so far?

Hi, it’s been a while since I last heard back from you. Just wanted to check whether the issue has been resolved on your side.

Done them all still problem and I'm on PlayStation and there are even worse audio problems as well 

Have you tried rebooting your router?

When you launch the game, it downloads a list of relays / servers, which are located in the following JSON Object Structure / Struct file, based on the JSON Schema specification:

"%UserProfile%\Saved Games\Respawn\Apex\assets\temp\netcfg"

If DNS Lookups / Reverse Lookups / Start Of Authority searches turn up nothing, there are most likely missing DNS entries, which are necessary to connect to this external content delivery network, therefore you won't be able to connect to the game server to download your profile, any content or metadata, and whatnot.
