None of the above worked, still having the same issues

Try setting the DNS manually to the Google one (8.8.8.8 and 8.8.4.4). That has been helping others with similar connection issues.

That can be found under your Xbox Network Settings.

      This is still happening to me dude. APEX SUCKS. Is not my console or my network because it only happens with this game.  I hate it specially when you playing ranked.
