I have had this issue many times. Each time, no matter what I try, I cannot fix it on my own - it just ends up fixing itself eventually. Talked to support this morning and they told me to do this:
1. From the Xbox One home screen, go to Settings > Network > Advanced settings > DNS settings > Manual. (If Settings doesn't appear on the home screen, select My Games & Apps, then Settings.) 2. From there, enter the Primary DNS as "8.8.8.8" and the Secondary DNS as "8.8.4.4"
1. Go to Settings > Network Settings > Advanced Settings > Alternative Mac Address > Clear 2. After this shut down the console, disconnect the power cord from the back of the Xbox One and wait two minutes. 3. Once the two minutes have passed, plug the power back in and wait for the power bricks light to go from White to Orange. 4. Once the brick is Orange, start your console
This is one of the 500 things I haven't tried so hopefully it works.
