Constant Packet Loss
Hello. Ever since tuesday i’ve been getting very bad packet loss in apex. I’ve tried everything: restart xbox, restart internet, soft reset console, reinstall apex, and nothing is making it work like...
please give me the following info:
1: Verify MS/Ping to the server in game or here: https://gameserverping.com/apex
2: Internet speed
3: What OS / Build do you run?
4: All drivers updated?
5: Any 3rd party software running like Anti-virus, discord etc?
6: do you or any other member in the household watch youtube, streams or downloading while playing?

8: Have you tried using a public DNS to see if this resolve the issue?

Follow the steps and give me a pring of your UOTrace
1: Attached (Ping)
2. 40mbps Down, 12mbps Up
3. Xbox
4. Yes
5. No (only party chat but the PL continues when not in a party)
6. Sometimes, but it also happens in the night when no one is using the internet
7. I've reinstalled the game, power cycled my xbox and done all the other steps EA have provided, but to no luck
8. Yes, I've used googles public DNS (8.8.8.8 and 8.8.4.4)

Also, here are my UOTrace results.
I think I fixed this, it was a discord option that seemed to be lagging me out sometimes. I didn't have to be in any voice channels on discord for this to happen.
Specifically it was the "quality of service high packet priority" option in discord settings causing this issue. I just played about 10 games in a row without a problem.

wifi, but cable makes no difference to my ping
of course when i thought everything was ok it comes back... in ranked too
