Constant Packet Loss

Hey, 

So my apex was working just fine but then a couple days ago my game started showing constant packet loss symbol, and shows loss in the Performance display section.

The ISP says there's no loss caused on their end. When I pinged other sites and tried other games (Valorant/Warzone) these issues don't show up. There's no packet loss anywhere else other than when I get into a game of apex. Even the firing range shows packet loss. And any server I switch to, packet loss stays. 

I rebooted modem, checked everything on the PC and even tried with a LAN cable. Even reinstalled the game and checked. And the packet loss persists, only in Apex. 

Please revert if anyone knows why this could be happening. And if there is a fix for this.

    similar thing happened to me. since the last week im starting to see insane packet loss 15-40/0. i would also like to understand what the value before the slash and after it indicates.

    my ISP says its fine on their end and testing PL online shows like 0.2% loss only. This had happened to me more than a year ago and persisted for 3 months- when it happened at that time, i changed my ISP within a week which did nothing then i quit apex for 6 months. i came back everything was working fine until now again... has been a week this way. if this happens again im done buying battle pass
