I have this EXACT issue. You described it perfectly about how resetting the modem/router only fixes it for 5 minutes and how some days it only happens a few times a game and other days it is unplayable for the entire game. I am on an Xbox One X if that helps. Have you had any luck fixing this issue?
- 6 years ago@Betterer Not yet. I have looked up this issue on these forums and can see that people have had this issue long before Season 5 started, but no one seems to have a definite fix. I would love to contact EA support, but due to their modified hours not really working well with my schedule, I am never available when they are open. Just completely at a loss as for what to do.
