Update: I've tried running ttf2 on my older laptop and it's perfect. But due to the the performance I cannot bear running ttf2 with freezes, so it has to be something with my current laptop, but what's the problem?

My problem is that this laptop cannot connect to respawn servers at all. I can see some people having the infinite datacenter searching issue, but they can connect to the server (the banners on the right side) I don't have the advertising banners.
