Controller doesn't work with Apex

Apex doesn't work properly with my xbox one controller while every other game works perfectly fine. It detects the controller but in game none of the inputs work and I still see mouse and keyboard in...

do you play on steam? i do and when i was on origin it was fine but its too laggy on origin so i switched and now this.

Hey there,

If this is happening in Steam can you test something for me? Open up your Steam General Controller Settings and see if Xbox Configuration Support is currently enabled. If it is, can you try unchecking that to see if that has any effect in Apex Legends?

    Hi, 

    Xbox configuration support was already disabled, I tried enabling it and disabling it again and it did not fix the issue. Also, this issue persists even on the Origin version of Apex.

        I haven't got it to work yet, will probably have to wait for Respawn to patch it themselves.

    yeah i got the same thing i play with ps4 controller tho and it hasnt been working for about 4 days now very very annoying  hope you can fix this soon.
