Controller doesn't work with Apex

Apex doesn't work properly with my xbox one controller while every other game works perfectly fine. It detects the controller but in game none of the inputs work and I still see mouse and keyboard in...

When you've got the chance could you share a DxDiag so we can take a look? For more details on how to pull one up visit the EA Help website. Once you have the text file please attach it to this thread.

Thanks, I appreciate it!

When you have a chance can you try something else for me? What happens if you log into Windows through a different admin user account? I'm curious if you're still running into any issues using the controller on a different Windows account.
