Could not rejoin but the match is still continuing.

I'm constantly dealing with the game crashing, I try to rejoin and they say, "Could not rejoin, match may have ended," but I know it hasn't because I'm in a party with my teammates. On top of this I'm given a penalty for leaving. If the game is going to crash for no reason on us, could we at least get better at determining whether someone left or it was the games fault
