CPU USAGE 100%

1. Solution 1: Run Apex Legends as Administrator
   Solution 2: Update Graphics and Other Device Drivers
   Solution 3: Clear the Origin or Steam Cache
   Solution 4: Lower In-game Graphics Settings
   Solution 5: Disable In-game Overlays
   Solution 6: Disable Windows Game Mode
   Solution 7: Reinstall Apex Legends
   
   Give those a go and see what happends.

Im not an expert and i don't know if this will help you, but if you have a nvidia, have you checked the nvidia 3d setting below is not set to auto?

Configure Surround, Physx

If it is, try setting it to your "nvidia gforce gtx/rtx" instead.

Works really well putting the video load onto the gpu, taking it away from the cpu. Esp good if you have 2 monitors going.
