Crash at startup

Question

Its been 2 days that I can not launch the game, it crashes.
Searched for many solutions on Youtube, google and still can not play

Please help me with it

Sometimes I see screenshot above, I do whatever it says but still the same

Could you please let us know which steps you've tried so far, apart from verifying the integrity of game files? While we don't know which steps you've tried so far, I suggest starting with a Clean Boot to make sure there are no programs conflicting with the game, and if the problem persists, send us a DxDiag: How to gather information on your PC using DxDiag
