I was having the same problem. BSOD becose of "EasyAntiCheat. The real problem were my graphic drivers. I uninstaled them with Display driver Uninstaller (https://www.guru3d.com/files-details/display-driver-uninstaller-download.html). With this uninstaller the graphic drivers are removed without leaving leftovers behind (including registry keys, folders and files). I then installed the newest drivers from the web and boom, Apex works perfectly. Didn't think that the graphic drivers would be the cause when in the BSOD text said, it's EasyAntiCheat. Hope this helps.
