+1. Everything was fine on the launch day, but since yesterday the game crashes with "Game Security Violation detected: #0000001A"
It also seems like the crashes are random for me, like I was able to play for about 5 minutes in a pub match before the game closed. I made sure that no software that could possibly trigger EAC was loaded by rebooting
OS: Windows 11 build 25115.1000
CPU: Ryzen 7 3700X
GPU: Radeon RX 5700 XT (Driver version 22.5.1)
Using Origin to launch the game
Turning off GPU OC didn't help

From Easy Anticheat website:
https://www.easy.ac/en-us/support/game/issues/errors/
"
Game Security Violation
The game process or system's integrity has been compromised and the game will exit. This is usually caused by outdated or insecure background third party software. To resolve this, update or disable background third party software and restart your PC."
So it's probably some kind of background app that is causing the error.
- 4 years ago@PsyhiX69 Even if that was the case, which i dont believe it to be as i have already been through all the troubleshooting steps, you would think there would be a better troubleshooting or error reporting section there. As far as i can tell the anti cheat website is beyond basic and next to no options to discuss with them or look into it.

Yeah, it could be a problem of the latest Dev build, as I wasn't facing any issues before the upgrade
EAC seems to have problems on that build, as mentioned in the release notes
I'll roll back and see if that fixes the problem. Submitted the issue to EAC support already by the way

Rolling back to build 22616 has resolved the issues for me

how did you roll back a patch?
This happened to me about this time last year with a Windows 10 update that basically made it so my chipset couldn't play this game. I kept rolling back my windows until I couldn't...then bought this HP OMEN trying to make things easier than a build and now here I am unable to play again. I am going to take the advice and roll back my Windows 11, I updated and now it's unplayable I literally have done:
Screwed with Router Settings
Added Google DNS Settings
Uninstall and reinstall Apex about 5x
Uninstall and reinstall Origin
Uninstalled any game with Easy Anticheat, deleted files and tried again,
Updated ALLL drivers
Installed Apex through STEAM
It has to be the latest Windows 11 build, I am rolling back and will report back.
- 4 years ago@Spr1nk3ls Any news bud? Rolling back worked for both me and another guy, but we are in the dev channel not the public windows release.

I'm in the same boat, also on the Dev channel. I won't get past the menu before the crash.
What if you run EAC in compatibility mode with another windows version?
