I've tried that and it didn't fix it. It seemed it did something but after 4 games I started crashing again.

Hmm just to eliminate distro corruption try this:
Navigate to your game file then here:
Origin Games\Apex\__Installer\vc
Delete all the folders then open origin and repair Apex.
Unistall the Distro's and repair the game.

I don't have any distro problems. Why are you insisting on that?
I said in the OP that I read somewhere that uninstalling all of them and doing repair game could fix the crashes but it didn't fix anything.
I reinstalled all the distros as you can see here: https://imgur.com/NmW9zI9
Or do you see from my logs that there are distro problems?

Its the distro installers that are in the game files.
i wanted to check that they are 100%

If not then its just a matter of waiting for a fix.
You have a Bad_Module_Info error and its one of the two big issues going.
It affects RTX and AMD cards more so than GTX.
If i remember right a user mentioned something about the GPU being used to 100% causing the crash.
For now you can try keep your drivers up to date using this guide to minimise the issues:
https://answers.ea.com/t5/Technical-Issues/In-Depth-Trouble-shooting-Guide/m-p/7472105#M165
Under Core windows maintenence.
and this to clean up:
Then Navigate to the location of your hard drives Right click your C: drive and open properties, click disk cleanup and follow the prompts.
and finally this: (its like a repair game for windows)
Spoiler- Open an elevated command prompt. To do this, right click the Windows button, and then select Command Prompt (Admin). If you are prompted for an administrator password or for a confirmation, type the password, or click Allow or Yes.
- Type the following command, and then press Enter.
DISM.exe /Online /Cleanup-image /Restorehealth
Note It might take several minutes for the command operation to be completed.
- Type the following command and press Enter.
sfc /scannow
Note It might take several minutes for the command operation to be completed.
This will pretty much confirm your system is tight and up to date and i see no fault in your system once done.
The only issue you would have after this is code / game error.
It may not fix the issue but i may reduce how frequent you will get the issue.
