Crashes and Blue screening probably related to V-SYNC and Hz/fps
Hi all,
At the beginning I would like to say that I don't have much computer knowledge, but I'm looking for tips or someone who had a similar problem to me. Secondly, my computer was in the service, it was checked for hardware (and everything was fine there). Service and my home environment differed only in the periphery, which gave me food for thought later. I got the latest drivers etc.
When I picked up my PC it was all fine for one day (with 240hz, v-sync off etc). The day later - the same problem as below.
I've noticed - when I have my v-sync OFF (in Nvidia control panel and in-game) and use my monitor with 240hz, then Apex Legends keeps crashing and I get blue screens (from the lobby level). Nothing I can do.
When I use 60hz, and has v-sync triple buffering, I can play normally. But you know, that's not funny. Both via displayport.
Via HDMI 60hz with v-sync OFF the same situation - crashes, bsod.
Specs:
Intel Core i7-8700 / NVIDIA GeForce GTX 1070Ti / ASUS Prime B360-Plus / 16gb RAM
monitor - ASUS ROG PG258Q
I feel a little helpless. Maybe someone had the same issue or at least someone will know what to do next, what to try or where to turn for help.
Have a nice day!
