What sort of troubleshooting have you had a chance to try so far? I don't want to suggest anything that you've already gone through on your side.
Also, when you have a chance can you gather a DxDiag for me and attach it to this thread? You can find more info on how to pull up the DxDiag over at the EA Help website.

I've cleared startup overlays, ran as admin, repaired the install, reinstalled origin. My network is fine.

Got it, thanks! Would you mind running a UO Trace for me when you've got a chance? That will give us a detailed look at the connection between your home network and the servers, so if there's anything happening along the way we should be able to see it.
For more info on how to run the UO Trace check out the connection troubleshooting article over at the EA Help website. The results of the test will show your IP address, so if you would prefer sending the results to me in a private message that's totally fine.
